EDF Agrees to Sell U.S., Canada Unit to KKR

EDF has agreed to sell its U.S. and Canadian renewable power unit to KKR for nearly €4 billion to fund maintenance of its aging nuclear fleet, transferring 5.6 gigawatts of renewable assets.
