GM to Offer EV Owners Ability to Sell Power to US Electricity Grid

General Motors is releasing a software update allowing select EV owners to sell power back to the U.S. electricity grid through its vehicle-to-home system. Commercial rollout is planned for the next few months starting in California and Texas.
