On September 2, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) website revealed that Linyang Tianmu XianDao Battery Material Technology Co., Ltd. has signed a tutoring agreement with CITIC Securities, officially launching its A-share listing tutoring process. According to the tutoring filing report, the company’s registered capital is RMB 1.1798769 billion; its legal representative is Luo Fei. The company has no controlling shareholder; Luo Fei directly holds 2.34% of the shares and, through shareholding platforms, controls 19.08% of Tianmu XianDao, resulting in direct and indirect control over a total of 21.42% of the shares. Its industry classification falls under C39—Computer, Communication, and Other Electronic Equipment Manufacturing. CITIC Securities serves as the tutoring institution; Zhonglun Law Firm (Beijing) acts as the legal counsel; and Zhonghui Certified Public Accountants serves as the auditing firm. Tianmu XianDao was founded on May 10, 2017, and is headquartered in Liyang City, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of advanced nano-silicon-based anode materials for lithium-ion batteries, solid-state electrolytes, and hard carbon anode materials for sodium-ion batteries. As the sole industrialization platform for silicon-based anode materials developed by the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Tianmu XianDao is regarded as China’s most promising 'hidden champion' in the next-generation lithium battery anode material sector. As early as 1996, the research team led by Chen Liqun and Li Hong pioneered global development and initial patenting of nano-silicon-based anode materials. After more than two decades of continuous scientific research, the team successively overcame numerous technical bottlenecks and engineering challenges, ultimately achieving technology commercialization and mass production through Tianmu XianDao. Currently, Tianmu XianDao firmly holds the position of market leader in China’s high-end nano-silicon-based anode material industry. What Tianmu XianDao does is replace conventional graphite with silicon as the anode material in lithium batteries. Silicon’s theoretical lithium-storage capacity is approximately 4,200 mAh/g—nearly ten times that of graphite—meaning batteries of identical weight can store significantly more energy, directly enabling longer driving ranges and shorter charging times. However, silicon exhibits pronounced volume expansion during charge/discharge cycles, easily causing rapid capacity degradation. Balancing high energy density with long cycle life remains a critical challenge urgently requiring breakthroughs across the global power battery industry. Tianmu XianDao achieves this balance—high capacity, low expansion, and long lifespan—through its proprietary core technology: novel CVD-based silicon-carbon composite materials. Its flagship silicon-carbon anode material delivers a specific capacity of 2,700 mAh/g—ten times that of conventional graphite anodes; another product variant offers a specific capacity of 2,473 mAh/g and an initial Coulombic efficiency of 95.6%, suitable for ultra-high-energy-density battery systems exceeding 400 Wh/kg.
