Johnson Matthey, Honeywell Amend Terms of Catalyst Tech Business Acquisition

Johnson Matthey and Honeywell have amended the terms of their catalyst technology business acquisition, reducing the transaction value to £1.325 billion with an expected closing by the end of August.
