Olin Set to Merge with Huntsman

Olin Corp. and Huntsman Corp. agreed to merge in an all-stock deal forming OlinHuntsman, expected to close in H1 2027. The combined $12.5 billion chemical company targets over $400 million in cost synergies by leveraging polyurethane systems and chemical assets.
