ONGC and MOL Establish Ethane Transport Joint Venture

ONGC and MOL formed a joint venture to operate two VLECs transporting US ethane to India. The feedstock supplies ONGC Petro's steam cracker, targeting 1.1 million tons of annual ethylene production.
