How should cabling systems evolve in tandem with upgraded safety protection? TROAX’s one-stop, customized modular cable tray system standardizes and lightens industrial cabling.

To accommodate bridge trays and equipment uprights of varying dimensions, we offer two fixed bracket models—designed respectively for larger and smaller specifications. These brackets feature exceptional compatibility: they fit not only our brand’s standard 60×40 mm uprights but also uprights of diverse dimensions, and support a wide range of bracket types—thereby significantly expanding mounting point options and installation configurations to meet complex equipment architecture requirements. Product Advantages: ・Stability Assurance: Ensures stable cable operation and extends service life; ・Easy Installation: Enables on-site fabrication of various elbows and bends for flexible, complex cabling; ・70° Cut-Edge Design: Smooth wire-cut edges prevent cable abrasion; ・Lightweight: Weighs only 1/5 that of conventional cable trays; reduces installation labor time by 2/3; ・Neat & Aesthetic: Promotes orderly cabling and enhances workplace cleanliness; ・Efficient Maintenance: Cables remain fully visible, facilitating system upgrades and routine inspections; ・Diverse Surface Treatments: Adaptable to indoor/outdoor environments and varied operating conditions. To address differing corrosion grades and application scenarios, we provide multiple material and surface treatment options. The comparative table below clearly specifies which materials are suitable for indoor dry environments or low-, medium-, and high-corrosion environments—ensuring every selection precisely matches your site requirements. Our aluminum alloy cable tray system has passed performance verification per the NEMA VE1 standard’s simply supported beam test method. Its rated load includes a 1.5× safety factor, guaranteeing structural reliability and safety. End-to-End Customization Service Tailored to Project-Specific Needs A comprehensive one-stop service covers drawing design, solution optimization, accessory integration, and installation delivery. By integrating on-site layout and future expansion plans, we deliver customized modular cable tray solutions—balancing practicality, safety, and aesthetics to achieve efficient, standardized, and scalable cable management. Core Data Center Application Adaptation TROAX’s customized cable tray system for data centers is purpose-built for core data center scenarios—supporting high-density cabling, continuous full-load operation, cleanroom-grade environments, and hot/cold aisle containment systems. The solution offers diverse surface treatment options to meet varying demands for corrosion resistance, durability, and environmental adaptability; its precision engineering also helps reduce cable loss and mitigate fire-related risks.
