Why did TROAX choose to acquire Vichnet Technology as a strategic springboard? After years of deep engagement in Asia, industrial safety sees a major acquisition!

Martin Nyström, President and CEO of TROAX, stated: "We warmly welcome Vichnet Technology into the TROAX family. Vichnet places strong emphasis on innovation and holds a significant position in the Chinese market. Its integration into TROAX will powerfully advance our mission of 'creating safer workplaces.' This platform-style acquisition aligns with both parties’ strategic directions; by integrating resources, we will significantly enhance customer service capabilities, increase business flexibility, and broaden our solution portfolio. I look forward immensely to collaborating closely with the Vichnet team." Strengthening the Product Portfolio and Expanding Growth Markets This acquisition further underscores TROAX’s strategic determination to become a key global player in specialized safety domains. The Group already holds an important position in European and North American markets and has achieved continuous profitable growth in Asia for multiple years. Through the acquisition of Vichnet Technology, TROAX has taken a pivotal step forward in Asia—formally establishing its presence in China and across the broader region. Together, the two companies are building an Asia-based platform combining market scale, professional expertise, and regional advantages. Notably, approximately 50% of the world’s industrial capacity is concentrated in China and Japan, where system integrators are playing an increasingly vital role in industrial robot integration applications. By acquiring Vichnet Technology, TROAX has strengthened its machine guarding solutions tailored for the Asian market and added a new cable tray product line—specifically designed to improve production efficiency and safety across diverse industries. Jessie Wen, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Vichnet Technology, commented: "Joining TROAX enables strategic synergy between our respective strengths: leveraging TROAX’s global business platform alongside our deep-rooted presence in the Asian market—and uniting our shared drive for innovation—to deliver powerful momentum for future growth." Lanxing Technology’s LX-HV Perimeter Intrusion Detection High-Voltage Fence System Launch

In 2024, Shenzhen Lanxing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lanxing Technology”)—one of the drafting entities of the national standard GB 25287–2023, "High-Voltage Fence Systems for Perimeter Intrusion Detection"—officially launched its next-generation LX-HV series high-voltage fence systems. Featuring a six-wire fully energized design, dual-transformer architecture, and intelligent wire-break alarm technology, the LX-HV series optimizes traditional five-wire configurations, delivering more efficient and reliable perimeter security for high-security facilities such as prisons and ammunition depots. This article provides an in-depth analysis of the LX-HV series’ technological innovations and comprehensively showcases Lanxing Technology’s 22 years of technical expertise and industry influence in the perimeter security field. I. Corporate Strength: 22 Years of Specialization in Perimeter Security—Technology Leading the Industry Shenzhen Lanxing Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2002, has consistently focused on R&D and product innovation in the field of perimeter security, committed to delivering “safe, stable, intelligent, and reliable” perimeter security solutions to users worldwide. The company continuously invests 10% of its annual revenue into R&D, having accumulated 63 national patents (including 3 invention patents) and 47 software copyrights. It is certified under ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. As a pioneer in China’s electronic fence industry, Lanxing Technology independently developed full-series perimeter security products—including high-voltage fence systems, pulse-type electronic fences, tension-type electronic fences, and vibration optical-fiber intrusion detection systems—and built an “integrated intelligent management platform” enabling centralized control of multiple subsystems, significantly enhancing collaborative performance among security devices. Its products serve critical national security sectors including judicial prisons, border defense forces, airports, rail transit systems, and power infrastructure. Representative projects include a prison in Hainan Province, a satellite launch base, and the Chengdu Rail Transit Vehicle Depot. Products are exported to over 150 countries and regions worldwide. Core Competitive Advantages: 1. Distinctive Technological Edge: Innovations such as the “Environment Self-Learning High-Voltage Fence” and “Pulse Synchronization Energy Stacking Technology” resolve longstanding industry challenges like false or missed alarms caused by rain and fog. 2. Full-Chain Industrial Layout: From hardware R&D to software platforms, Lanxing offers end-to-end solutions—from design and installation to operation and maintenance—reducing users’ total cost of ownership. 3. Nationwide Service Network: 22 provincial-level service centers across China ensure 24/7 technical support coverage nationwide. II. Industry Context: National Standard Upgrade Drives Technological Evolution High-voltage fence systems for perimeter intrusion detection serve as the “final line of defense” for mandatory-security facilities. Since the first industry standard GA 247 was issued in 2000, the technology has undergone multiple iterations. The Ministry of Public Security’s newly released national standard GB 25287–2023 imposes stricter requirements on output voltage range (4,000 V–6,000 V), sustained high-voltage output capability during alert status, safety performance under short-circuit conditions, and grounding specifications. Key requirements under the new standard include: • Sustained High-Voltage Output: During alert status, the system must maintain continuous high-voltage output to eliminate protective gaps caused by intermittent power supply; • Redundant Deterrence Capability: When one wire experiences a short circuit, other wires must retain normal functionality—enhancing the system’s resistance to sabotage;
