Russia Renames Planned 'Power of Siberia 2' Pipeline to 'Power of Baikal'

Russian President Vladimir Putin renamed the planned gas pipeline to China from "Power of Siberia 2" to "Power of Baikal," per Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilev. The 2,600-km project aims to transport 50 billion cubic meters of gas annually from Yamal through Mongolia.
