RWE's Share Sale Will Dilute Municipal Owners to 12%, CEO Says

RWE plans to sell shares to raise €3.6 billion for increasing its stake in grid firm Amprion, reducing municipal ownership from 14% to 12% while Qatar remains the largest shareholder.
