Ruanyun Edai Technology (RYET) licensed its Cogni AI platform exclusively to BioNexus Gene Lab for Malaysia's healthcare sector. The agreement includes a 10% royalty on qualifying receipts and a reciprocal share exchange of 560,000 BGLC shares.
