SCGC, PTTGC Plan to Close Thailand Olefins, Polyolefins JV in H2 2027

SCGC and PTTGC agreed to merge their olefin and polyolefin assets in Thailand into a joint venture targeting closure in H2 2027, projecting annual synergies of up to 6.8 billion Thai baht through supply chain optimization.
