As we’ve previously noted, the current market rally centers on stocks with strong earnings prospects—such as Luxshare Precision, GoerTek, Lens Technology, and China Ring—whose earnings forecasts all point to robust growth, and whose upcoming interim reports are also expected to deliver solid results. Huaxi Co., Ltd. staged a ‘red-line assault’ (a sharp intraday rebound) against a large bearish candle today, yet trading volume remained insufficient; a bullish candle tomorrow will be needed to further challenge the heavily locked-in positions. Kosen Technology surged by 6% today. Wingtech continues to consolidate above its 5-day moving average. To confirm the onset of its next major upward wave, however, it must first produce a medium-sized bullish candle accompanied by significantly increased volume.

Shenzhen Giga-Byte Electronics: Today +10.00% (limit-up); +15% over the past week; turnover nearing RMB 9 billion. • High demand for AI-server PCBs; Q1 net profit forecast to rise 55–65% year-on-year. • Institutions holding firmly (two institutions net-bought RMB 311 million). Technological moat in 50-layer and M9-grade manufacturing processes; capacity ramp-up underway. The company possesses strong technical barriers and solid backing. Kosen Technology: +0.17% today; −2.7% over the past week; net outflow of RMB 56.84 million from major players. • Robot and solid-state battery themes have cooled off; company remains unprofitable. • Shareholding structure fragmented; retail investors dominate buying activity. I began tracking this stock relatively early and have followed it closely for some time. Recently, turnover spiked dramatically—making it highly suitable for intraday trading (‘T+0’). However, volatility has noticeably declined in recent sessions. Moreover, earnings lack sustained growth: although last year’s annual report hasn’t been released yet, already-disclosed data shows a substantial narrowing of losses. Therefore, I chose to take profits and fully exit the position today. Shengjing Microelectronics: −0.92% today; +0.5% over the past week; low trading volume. • Weak earnings growth, elevated valuation, low institutional attention, and absence of strong industry catalysts.
