What did Trump claim about the timing and key terms of the Iran deal, particularly regarding the Strait of Hormuz and financial compensation?

Trump claimed in a Saturday social media post that an interim deal with Iran would be signed 'tomorrow' (Sunday), and that 'immediately after it is signed, the Hormuz Strait is OPEN TO ALL'; he also stated that 'Iran would not get any money in the deal', which had been a key sticking point for Iran during Pakistan-mediated negotiations.

How did Iranian officials respond to Trump's announcement of a Sunday signing, and what are Iran's core demands in the negotiations?

While Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi echoed Trump’s expectation of a signing in a Friday speech, a spokesman for Iran’s foreign ministry—according to state-run IRIB news—'ruled out a signing on Sunday'; Iran insists on retaining 'a degree of control over the waterway' (the Strait of Hormuz) and gaining 'immediate access to its frozen funds', and maintains that negotiations over uranium enrichment would occur only after the interim deal is signed.
