US Says Deal to Stabilize Venezuela Power Grid Within 6-12 Months

US Energy Secretary Chris Wright announced a deal with GE Vernova to rehabilitate Venezuela's aging power grid, including the Guri Dam. The plan targets stabilizing operations within six to twelve months and adding 6 GW of new power capacity over six years.
