Vietnam Cuts Retail Electricity Price, Removes Gasoline Tax From November 1

Vietnam will cut retail electricity prices by 2% and remove gasoline taxes starting November 1 to support economic stability. The tariff drops to 2,159.9 dong per kWh while fuel taxes fall to zero until March next year.
