A prospective U.S.-Iran deal could fundamentally shift investor allocations, and Wolfe Research believes it could be a major tailwind for AI companies like NVIDIA (NVDA). Senek also believes global capital will flow back into large-cap U.S. technology firms, whose growth remains robust and valuations increasingly attractive. Wolfe Research also downgraded NIO’s rating—from “Outperform” to “Peer Perform.” Per Yahoo Finance, Wolfe Research analyst Dan Galves said, “Cash burn is worse than expected, forward volume and profit guidance are disappointing, and there’s been no news of external financing.” Goldman Sachs Cuts Target Price by 85% NIO recently lost another vote of confidence from Goldman Sachs. On October 4, the firm downgraded NIO from “Buy” to “Neutral” and slashed its target price by 85%—to USD 1.47. According to MarketWatch, Goldman Sachs analyst Fei Fang cited concerns over the company’s vehicle sales and potential equity dilution. NIO Stock Surges on Better-Than-Expected Delivery Report Amid all these disappointing developments, NIO shareholders received some welcome news today: the company’s delivery figures exceeded its own expectations. NIO delivered 4,799 vehicles in Q3, representing a 35.1% year-on-year increase. In September alone, NIO delivered 2,019 vehicles—a 3.9% sequential increase.
