ChemBriefToray and Mitsui & Co. to divest Soda Aromatic stake to Samyang in $257M deal
Toray and Mitsui will sell their stakes in flavor manufacturer Soda Aromatic to Samyang for $257 million. The deal closes in H1 FY2027 as part of Toray's portfolio restructuring.
