Canada’s Cenovus to Buy Athabasca Oil for C$12 Per Share

Cenovus Energy agreed to acquire Athabasca Oil Corp for C$12 per share in a C$5.7 billion deal that will add 45,000 barrels of oil equivalent daily to its production capacity.
