Over the past decade, it has delivered an average annual investment return of 18.84%. Achieving nearly 20% annualized returns over such a long period is exceptionally high by A-share market standards. The reason it’s described as having substantial rebound potential is that Company F is a typical pandemic-affected business. In pre-pandemic years, its revenue grew at an average rate of around 20% annually, while its net profit growth outpaced revenue growth—indicating strong operational quality, low cost requirements, and relatively high retained earnings. Due to the pandemic, however, its 2020 revenue declined by 65.44% year-on-year, and net profit swung from profit to a loss of RMB 1.767 billion.
