Lithium Argentina closed a $180 million strategic investment from Ganfeng Lithium via a six-year convertible note to fund project advancement and repay existing debt. The deal strengthens the balance sheet for its Cauchari-Olaroz and Pozuelos-Pastos Grandes projects.
