PKN Orlen Acquires Core Petrochemical Assets from Sensys Group

PKN Orlen acquired S54 from Sensys Group for 692 million PLN to integrate a new butadiene extraction unit into its Prokoc facility. The transaction secures operational control and extends long-term chemical product agreements in the Czech market.
