Air Liquide Acquires DIG Airgas

Air Liquide completed the acquisition of South Korea's DIG Airgas, doubling its local workforce and targeting 900 million euros in sales. The deal strengthens its Asian presence with projected EBITDA synergies exceeding 65 million euros by 2030.
