Solvay to cut soda ash capacity again in Spain on tough market conditions

Solvay plans to cut soda ash capacity at its Spanish Torrelavega plant due to difficult market conditions, resulting in up to 77 job cuts. Sodium bicarbonate operations at the site will remain unaffected.
