Mitsubishi Chemical to Exit Coke and Carbon Material Business

Mitsubishi Chemical will exit its coke and carbon material businesses due to global oversupply, projecting an 85 billion yen loss with production ending in late 2027. Carbon fiber and negative electrode materials remain unaffected.
