Venator's TiO2 Scarlino plant bought by Nuova Solmine; shuttered TiO2 ops to restart

Nuova Solmine acquired Venator's shuttered titanium dioxide plant in Scarlino, Italy, to restart production in January under new entity SOL.TIOX. The 80,000-tonne capacity facility, previously idled due to market and environmental issues, will resume sales next month.
