Berkshire Hathaway Completes $9.7 Billion Acquisition of OxyChem from Occidental

Berkshire Hathaway completed the $9.7 billion acquisition of Occidental's OxyChem, a major producer of PVC and chlor-alkali chemicals. Occidental will focus on oil and gas assets while OxyChem continues under current management.
