What was the extent of damage and impact on fuel supply from the drone attack on Tripoli's fuel depot, according to the NOC and Brega Petroleum Marketing?

The drone attack caused minor damage to pipelines and tanks no. 213 and 220 due to falling shrapnel, with no casualties reported and no impact on supply operations; as a precaution, technical teams began drawing fuel from the tanks to reduce fuel levels.

How does this incident fit into the broader pattern of attacks on Libya's oil infrastructure since 2011?

Libyan oil facilities have been subject to repeated attacks and closures for various political and technical reasons since the 2011 uprising that toppled Muammar Gaddafi and set off a prolonged period of chaos, including a prior August drone strike at the Zawiya oil complex that completely burned one fuel storage tank.
