Exclusive Revelation: Transcript of Secret Western Internal Talks

According to insider information obtained by POLITICO’s senior White House correspondent, Trump’s cabinet members were nearly unanimous that night in concluding that Putin wanted a ceasefire—but Zelenskyy did not. The war continued solely because of Zelenskyy—and therefore, U.S. military aid to Ukraine must be halted immediately to force Kyiv into accepting a ceasefire. Another veteran White House reporter with over a decade of experience confirmed that, in addition to halting military aid, Rubio proposed an even harsher measure: cutting off *all* ‘informational assistance’ to Ukraine. His aim was to make Zelenskyy unequivocally understand who was truly in charge—and underscore that Trump, unlike Biden, would brook no defiance. Rubio’s proposal could be described as ‘striking at the heart and soul’: while Europe could potentially fill the gap left by suspended weapons deliveries, there is one critical resource only the United States can provide—‘information.’ Satellite intelligence, surveillance data, espionage reports, signals intercepts—this kind of informational support is irreplaceable by European partners. Once severed, Ukraine would effectively become blind and deaf—and collapse rapidly. When this White House insider report reached Europe, it sent shockwaves across the continent. A genuine U.S. cutoff of both military and informational aid would be catastrophic for Europe as well. Macron immediately delivered a televised address declaring: “An emergency is imminent—we must make decisions for Ukraine” (28:50). Subsequently, a continent-wide mobilization began. First, leaders from 26 European countries convened to collectively reaffirm their commitment to supporting Ukraine in its war against Russia—and to influence Trump’s stance. On March 6—exactly one week after the diplomatic snub—Europe’s Special Council held a meeting confirming the 26-nation bloc’s unwavering support for Ukraine. Yet this unified public front masked private maneuvering: behind the scenes, European leaders were advising Zelenskyy directly. As revealed by French Foreign Ministry participants, European leaders urged Zelenskyy to accept an immediate ceasefire—a move designed precisely to bring Trump back into the diplomatic fold. Trump had claimed ‘Russia wants peace, but Ukraine refuses,’ continuing to demand arms to prolong the war. So Macron and Starmer advised Zelenskyy to personally signal to Trump that Ukraine *was* ready to accept an immediate ceasefire. But this was no simple task: Ukraine demanded ironclad security guarantees. Even if a ceasefire agreement were signed, who could guarantee Russia wouldn’t renege—and invade again after regrouping? To further clarify the gravity of the situation to Zelenskyy, Macron, Starmer, and Merz formed a high-level Anglo-French-German delegation and traveled eastward to Kyiv by train for face-to-face talks on ceasefire terms. This became one of last year’s most pivotal diplomatic moments—its central objective being to realize Trump’s earlier proposal for an ‘unconditional 30-day Russia-Ukraine ceasefire.’ Alice Rufus—the French Minister Delegate for Defense (a position equivalent to Deputy Defense Minister) and a long-standing strategic foreign policy advisor to Macron—cut straight to the core of the matter: She stated: ‘The high-level visit by the leaders of Britain, France, and Germany to Ukraine was not, in fact, about “persuading Ukraine to cease fire.” Everyone knows Putin does not fear sanctions—and will not halt hostilities merely due to verbal threats. Rather, this entire ‘Journey to Kyiv’ was a performance—a theatrical spectacle staged for global audiences, especially for the United States.’

Kyiv Has No Lucky Break: German Chancellor Receives a Humiliating Warning; Bridges Near Total Collapse; Frontline Regions Hang by a Thread

On October 4, jet-powered loitering munitions struck Kyiv during broad daylight, targeting key infrastructure—including multiple bridges. Drone hobbyist footage shows these daytime attacks inflicted severe damage: upon impact with bridge structures, several vehicles were destroyed. This appears to be Russia adopting Ukraine’s own tactic of launching daytime strikes—designed not only to cripple infrastructure but also to terrorize civilians actively using roads, thereby generating widespread psychological fear. That is the horror of modern warfare: such attacks drastically reduce civilian traffic across remaining bridges. In less than a week of sustained bridge strikes, numerous bridges across Kyiv city and its suburbs have been closed. The South Bridge, North Bridge, and Railway Bridge—each singled out for repeated targeting—are now largely inoperable. After announcing the South Bridge’s temporary closure, Kyiv Mayor Klitschko confirmed structural damage to the North Bridge, requiring extensive repairs and maintenance. With attacks ongoing, what is the point of repair? Remaining bridges remain highly vulnerable. As one Ukrainian MP told the Verkhovna Rada, repairing just the South Bridge alone would cost 8 billion hryvnias—so what about the others? Such expenditures are simply unfeasible. External implications: A telling detail is German Chancellor Merz’s visit to Ukraine on October 4. As a staunch pro-Ukraine leader, he was a prime target for a Russian ‘welcome gesture.’ The intensified bridge strikes around this time likely served precisely that purpose. According to Western media reports, persistent Kyiv attacks have already forced many Ukrainian government agencies underground—or relocated westward. Moreover, several Western embassies in Kyiv are now urgently planning to relocate to Poland. This is a stark reality: no one knows when an unexploded air-defense round or a downed missile/drone might land in a residential area—such incidents have already occurred repeatedly. Embassies are fully aware of this risk. If they relocate to Poland, coordination with the Ukrainian government will inevitably suffer—and their outward demonstration of support for Ukraine will come under serious scrutiny. Strategic extension: Many online commentators previously questioned why Russia hadn’t targeted bridges across the Dnipro River. The reasons remain unclear—but one direct factor is now evident: Russia previously lacked jet-powered loitering munitions of sufficient quality and precision. Today, it does. With most Kyiv bridges now functionally paralyzed, some suggest alternative routes—southward or northward. But such alternatives represent only a fleeting, temporary reprieve.
