Minerals Technologies Inc. Announces Pricing of Private Offering of $400 Million of Senior Notes

Minerals Technologies Inc. priced $400 million in 7.5% senior notes due 2032. Net proceeds will redeem existing 5% notes due 2028 and cover transaction fees.
