Over the past decade, we’ve consistently expanded this segment’s scale. It has grown steadily at mid-single-digit rates, and profitability has continued to improve,” he said. “If you examine our international business’s operating margin, you’ll find it stands at a robust 18%—3 percentage points higher than three or four years ago. Since 2019, this business has maintained solid momentum, delivering a cumulative growth rate of 48%—with net revenue increasing by $12 billion,” he pointed out. Laguarta noted that PepsiCo’s international operations span Europe, Latin America, and parts of Asia. “Considering income levels, demographic trends, the scale we’re building, and our capabilities across all these markets, we expect international operations to remain a key growth engine—delivering strong compound annual growth and generating progressively higher margins in the years ahead.”
