Dow Names Karen Carter as Next CEO

Dow Inc. has appointed Karen Carter as its next CEO effective July 1, succeeding Jim Fitterling who will become executive chairman. Carter, formerly head of packaging and specialty plastics, leads the U.S.'s largest chemical producer with $40 billion in annual sales.
