Hengyi Petrochemical Fully Launches Brunei Refining Phase II Project

Hengyi Petrochemical launched its Brunei Refining Phase II project, aiming for completion by late 2028 with a 12 million ton annual capacity. Production will include PX and polypropylene, bringing total refinery capacity to 20 million tons annually.
