Abu Dhabi's XRG and Italy's Eni to acquire stakes in blocks linked to Argentine LNG project

XRG and Eni have signed agreements to acquire 32% minority stakes each in three upstream blocks connected to Argentina's major LNG project. The assets in the Vaca Muerta basin aim to supply gas for 12 million tons per annum LNG capacity.
