Ingevity announces sale of Ozark Materials road markings business to PPG, strengthening strategic focus

Ingevity Corporation completed the sale of its Ozark Materials road markings business to PPG for approximately $65 million in an all-cash transaction. This divestiture allows Ingevity to sharpen its strategic focus while PPG integrates the unit into its pavement markings solutions.
