Who has been appointed as Eramet's new chief financial officer, and what was his role prior to the appointment?

Simon Henochsberg has been appointed as Eramet's new chief financial officer and member of its executive committee. Prior to this appointment, he served as vice president for strategy since 2024 and had been transitioning into the CFO role as co-chief financial officer since February 2026, with responsibility for the group's financing plan; he joined Eramet in 2022 as chief of staff to the chair and CEO after five years at Rothschild & Co in sovereign advisory.

Why did Abel Martins Alexandre leave Eramet, and what context surrounded his departure?

Abel Martins Alexandre left Eramet without the company providing a stated reason; however, he had stepped aside temporarily in February during an investigation into management methods in the finance department — a matter Eramet clarified was not linked to the dismissal of CEO Paulo Castellari earlier that month over disagreements on 'operating methods'; the investigation’s findings were deemed confidential by an Eramet spokesperson, who declined further comment.
