AstraZeneca signs $18.5 billion weight-loss-drug deal with Chinese firm

AstraZeneca has agreed to pay CSPC Pharmaceutical Group up to $18.5 billion for eight drug development programs targeting weight loss and Type 2 diabetes, including a $1.2 billion upfront payment.
