BP Sells Majority Stake in Castrol Lubricants Unit to Stonepeak for $6 Billion

BP sold its majority stake in Castrol lubricants to Stonepeak for $6 billion, valuing the unit at $10.1 billion. The company supplies lubricants to customers in 150 countries.
