Year-end is a high-risk period for industrial accidents. Compounding this, a new cold wave is arriving—prolonged in duration and widespread in impact—requiring strict implementation of anti-slip and freeze-protection measures during operations. Moreover, winter’s cold, dry conditions heighten fire risks; factories, warehouses, and construction sites must rigorously enforce fire prevention and construction safety protocols. Concurrently, enterprises must adopt closed-loop management for risk identification and hazard rectification, ensuring risks are classified and controlled, and hazards promptly identified and addressed. We recommend using Shangdao Cloud Technology’s Enterprise Dual-Prevention Safety Management Platform. Introduction to the Dual-Prevention Safety Management Platform The platform integrates modules for safety risk classification and control, hazard identification and rectification, safety briefing management, inspection management, emergency management, plan review, and standard drawing libraries—offering comprehensive safety oversight for projects. It provides reference standards and inspection methodologies, analyzes inspection findings (strengths and weaknesses), and establishes enterprise-level management standards via its benchmarking system. The dual-prevention module supports both PC and mobile devices, enabling full PDCA-cycle management—including hazard identification, risk assessment, graded risk control, hazard inspection, hazard remediation, and continuous improvement. All risk-control data tables can be generated with one click—simple and efficient.
