    [Preparation method] The preparation of activated carbon generally involves the following steps: raw material crushing-viscous synthesis-drying (120-130°C)-carbonization (170-600°C)-activation (800-1000°C)-post-treatment


    ① Use anthracite and long flame coal to prepare activated carbon


    Coal → preparation (less than 150 mesh) → kneading (tar + water) → pressure ball → carbonization → crushing (diameter 3 ~ 5 mm) → activation (steam) → activated carbon → index measurement (strength, iodine value)


    Forming: After mixing and kneading coal powder, tar and water less than 150 mesh in a certain ratio (coal: tar = 9:1), the briquettes with a diameter of 35mm×30mm are formed on a pressure forming machine


    Carbonization: carried out in the coke oven


    Activation: The granular carbonized material with a diameter of 3 to 5 mm is activated in a fixed-bed activation furnace


    Suitable conditions for preparing activated carbon from anthracite are: carbonization temperature 700-750°C, activation temperature 850-910°C, activation time 5.


    The suitable conditions for preparing activated carbon from long flame coal are: carbonization temperature of 700°C, activation temperature of 900°C, activation time of 5.


    ②Prepare activated carbon/silica-aluminum oxide composite adsorption material from coal gangue


    The main components of coal gangue: w(SiO 2 )=34.


    Test method: After the coal gangue is pulverized and ground, add a certain quality of Na 2 CO 3 , grind and mix in a mortar, then transfer to a crucible, and simmer in a muffle furnace under anoxic conditions (if possible, it can be simmered in nitrogen Baking in an atmosphere) for a certain period of time

    ③Use peanut shells as raw materials to prepare activated carbon


    ④ Activated carbon is prepared with hickory shells as raw materials


    ⑤Prepare activated carbon with hemp stalks as raw materials
