Adani Green Energy has acquired a 100% stake
in (AGEPteL) from its group company Adani Global Pte Ltd.
AGEPteL was incorporated in March 2017 to invest in the international renewable energy business

According to the filing, AGEPteL's authorized and paid-up share capital is $2,000 and ends March 31
, 2018.

The purpose of the acquisition of AGEPteL is to gain synergies and make it an investment arm
of Adani Green Energy for its international renewable energy business.

It is understood that after the completion of the acquisition, AGEPteL will become a wholly-owned subsidiary
