Energy company AlsoEnergy, a leader in renewable energy software solutions, announced a merger with Locus Energy, a solar monitoring and data analytics provider
that provides solutions for the residential, commercial and utility sectors.
The transaction enhances AlsoEnergy's ability to
provide end-to-end solutions and validations across all geographies and market segments.
Under the terms of the agreement, AlsoEnergy will continue to lead the business and Genscape, the previous owner of Locus Energy, will retain a minority stake
in the combined entity.

across all platforms.
