has successfully mass-produced a series of S32101 ultra-wide Fufu duplex stainless steel
with a thickness of 8~40mm and a width of 1500~3700mm.
The steel plate has stable performance and good
plate shape.
The mass production of this product is not only an affirmation of Northeastern University's "key equipment technology for heat treatment of large-scale high-performance special steel plate", but also a major breakthrough in the localization and autonomy of China's third-generation nuclear power key equipment materials, filling the gap
at home and abroad in terms of width.
The "High-strength Thin Steel Plate Heat Treatment Line Transformation Project" was launched in February 2016, and Northeastern University undertook the development, supply and commissioning of high-temperature roller-bottom heat treatment furnace, multi-function roller quenching machine complete sets of equipment and full-line control systems

In order to ensure the supply of ultra-wide steel plate for the manufacture of a key domestic engineering equipment, through the joint efforts of the project team members and scientific arrangement, it took 5.
5 months to complete the design, manufacture, installation and oven, and began the heat load test, and the solution treatment
of the ultra-wide duplex stainless steel plate with a maximum width of 3700mm and a thickness of 14mm has been realized.
