1.
Regarding the renewal of the license license (1) If the import registration certificate for pesticides, fertilizers, feed and feed additives expires or exceeds the renewal declaration period, and the renewal registration application cannot be submitted on time due to the impact of the epidemic, the submission may be postponed.
(2) If the import registration certificate of pesticides, fertilizers, feed and feed additives expires, and the renewal application materials (including samples) or completion of the renewal registration cannot be submitted on time due to the impact of the epidemic, the applicant shall submit the renewal application form online and Relevant materials (samples) qualified undertaking shall be announced after review by our ministry, allowing the extension of the validity period of the relevant registration certificate.
After the epidemic is over, applicants should promptly complete the renewal registration procedures.
2.
Regarding simplified approval procedures (1) For applications for approval items for renewal of veterinary drug product approval numbers, on-site inspections, sampling, and review inspections cannot be carried out due to the impact of the epidemic, the relevant procedures will be temporarily exempted and approvals will be granted on time.
(2) The accepted registration application for imported feed and feed additives has passed the material review, but the product quality review inspection cannot be carried out due to the impact of the epidemic, the sample review and inspection procedures will be temporarily exempted and the review and approval will be granted on time.
(3) If the quarantine approval items of imported crop seeds and seedlings cannot be submitted on time due to the impact of the epidemic, the provincial opinions can be submitted through the online system first, and subsequent submissions are allowed.

Regarding optimizing the approval process (1) For overseas traders applying for agricultural genetically modified organisms safety certificates (imports), applicants are encouraged to submit a copy of the electronic version of the CD while submitting paper materials.

(2) For veterinary and veterinary drug administrative licensing matters, during the epidemic prevention and control period, electronic materials and material authenticity commitments can be submitted through the online system in advance, and our department will make timely approval decisions based on electronic materials.
After the epidemic is over, the applicant should supplement newspaper quality materials for future reference.
(3) For import and export applications for seed and seedlings, breeding livestock and poultry from Hubei Province and other key epidemic areas, if the paper application materials and provincial written review opinions cannot be provided in time due to the impact of the epidemic, the electronic version can be submitted through the online system.
The Ministry will make a timely approval decision and allow applicants to supplement newspaper quality materials later.
(4) Priority examination and approval shall be implemented for applications for approval document numbers of veterinary disinfectant products, which shall be processed immediately upon application to meet the urgent needs of epidemic prevention in livestock and poultry farms.
During the epidemic prevention and control period, applicants are encouraged to use online declaration, material mailing, Telephone consultation and delivery of results are reduced to the government service hall window for on-site handling, reducing the gathering of personnel and blocking the spread of the epidemic.
