Based on the dual needs of corrosion control and cost reduction and efficiency improvement, non-metallic pipes with excellent corrosion resistance have become an important development direction
for sulfur-containing oil and gas transmission pipes.
The engineering materials research institute has developed sulfur-resistant non-metallic composite continuous pipes, which have broken through the technical bottlenecks
of pipe structure design, material selection, quality assessment, and on-site application.
The product uses high barrier, high temperature resistance and swelling resistance thermoplastic as the lining layer, and was approved as an important product
of independent innovation of CNPC in 2020.
In addition, the product can be used in an environment of 110°C for a long time, and the design maximum transmission pressure is increased to 16 MPa, and the maximum partial pressure of hydrogen sulfide is 2500 kPa, which is better than international standards
