3 Application examples of Linpor process in Chunliuhe Sewage Treatment Plant
The Linpor process transformation project of Dalian Chunliuhe Sewage Treatment Plant transformed the aeration tank in the original biochemical system into the German Linpor process
.
The original Chunliuhe Sewage Treatment Plant adopts the traditional activated sludge method
.
There are 4 groups of biochemical pools, each with a length of 40122m (including water inlet and outlet), a width of 20m, and a depth of 415m
After the Linpor process is adopted, the 4 corridors of each group of biochemical pools are changed to independent water inlet and outlet
.
The improvement in the process of each group of biochemical tanks is that one corridor in each group of aeration tanks is filled with small and porous plastic sponge (Linpor) fillers, and the other three corridors use the Linpor process without fillers
After the transformation, the design flow rate of the sewage plant is 8×10 4 t/d
.
At an average flow rate, the sludge load of the biochemical tank is 0.
The filling and filtering corridor is controlled by the automatic control system through the water inlet butterfly valve, and its water intake is about twice that of the ordinary corridor, that is, 334m 3 /h

4 Application examples in petrochemical wastewater treatment
The sewage treatment plant of a large-scale refining and chemical integration project has a designed water volume of 600m 3 /h.
After the sewage is treated, it will be reused as circulating water supplementary water.
Pure oxygen aeration + Linpor nitrification is used as the main biochemical process.
The Linpor design inlet and outlet water quality is shown in Table 7-1
.
