Arkema acquires Lambson, a company specializing in the manufacture and sale of resin-curing photoinitiato.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 201

Sartomer is part of the Arkema Group, and these solutions will complement Sartomer's product range, the global leader in photocurable resins, while helping to accelerate its development in this fast-growing mark.

The agreement will further strengthen the share of featured products in Arkema's product portfolio, in line with its long-term goa.

Lambson develops and markets a variety of photoinitiators for curing, and the market growth rate is estimated at about 5% per ye.

The photoinitiator initiates the polymerization reaction during the UV curing process and forms a perfect match with Sartomer's resin seri.

The development of this integrated product will allow Sartomer to better meet customer requirements, especially in areas such as electronics, 3D printing, digital inks, composites and high-performance coatin.
