    Liwan 3-1 is China's independent research and development, Asia's largest deep-sea oil and gas platform, the first phase of Liwan 3-1 project was put into operation
    in April 2014.
    In order to meet the needs of gas reservoir depressurization production, the first phase of the Liwan 3-1 project was launched, adding a wet gas compressor unit, condensate export pump and supporting facilities
    to the Liwan 3-1 platform.
    The complex design conditions, compatibility design with existing facilities and future Phase II facilities, construction and renovation of high-pressure gas field platforms, and lifting of 2,500-ton modules posed great challenges
    to the high-quality and safe implementation of the project.

    In order to promote the safe and efficient implementation of the project, the Deepwater Engineering Construction Center of CNOOC Shenzhen Branch has carried out a number of technological innovations and practices
    .
    In terms of design, the project team accurately analyzed the needs, optimized the number of equipment and implemented the plan, saving 377 million yuan in investment and 445 million kWh
    in energy consumption.
    In terms of technology, the project team adopted a new high-pressure water flushing process for the first time to achieve one-time cleaning of large-size pipelines in limited space, invented and adopted a new type of plywood pipe plugging device to achieve safe and efficient cutting and replacement of process pipelines, and innovated a precision in place guiding anti-collision device to achieve multi-point precision installation
    of 2500 tons of modules.
    At the same time, during the offshore renovation of the high-pressure gas field platform, there was not a single recordable safety incident or unplanned shutdown of production
