Avient Introduces Additional ReSound™ Bio-Based TPE Products Formulated with Renewable Plant-Based Ingredients

On May 25, 2022, Avient Corporation, a leading provider of professional and sustainable material solutions and services, announced the launch of nine new reSound™ BIO thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) formulated with biorenewable ingredients derived from plan.

Available in a hardness range of 30-70 Shore A, the new reSound BIO 2800 and 7900 series offer performance, look, feel and smell comparable to traditional petroleum-based TP.

These reSound BIO TPEs have an opaque natural color and offer excellent colorability just like premium TP.
