Recently, in the face of the tight coal market in the country, Baling Petrochemical’s Thermal Power Department successfully blended a batch of high-sulfur coal.
The boiler system of the entire blending cycle is stable and environmentally friendly, providing sufficient energy supply for all production facilities
    .

High-sulfur coal refers to coal with high sulfur content, and its storage, combustion and environmental protection have high requirements
    .

If the burning of high-sulfur coal is unreasonable, it will not only accelerate the corrosion and wear of boiler equipment and pipelines, but also the sulfur dioxide generated after the combustion of coal will increase the operating pressure of the desulfurization device

In order to smoothly digest the "coarse grains" of high-sulfur coal, Baling Petrochemical's Thermal Power Department immediately organized the production room and the fuel device to discuss and formulate plans for unloading and burning after receiving the plan for high-sulfur coal entering the plant
    .

The plan includes the calculation of the unloading method, the stacking position, the blending ratio of each coal type, and the details are specific to the speed setting of each coal feeder

In mid-June, more than 3,100 tons of high-sulfur coal was successfully unloaded into the plant
    .

In the coal blending process, because there are bituminous coal and high-sulfur coal at the same time in the outer coal shed, in order to better grasp the quality of coal blending, coal analysts increased the sampling times of pulverized coal from four boilers to accurately analyze changes in coal sulfur content

Up to now, Baling Petrochemical's new high-sulfur coal has been blended and fired
    .

With the concerted efforts of employees, the total sulfur of the coal entering the furnace is controlled below 0.
